1.2.2001 - 1.3.2001...
On the first working day of the year of 2001, we ventured into a professional recording studio for the first time ever. The result of the 2 day session was the Are You Recording Me? demo CD. Upon arrival at the studio we met Saby Reyes-Kulkarni, the fine young man who would be recording/mixing/mastering our CD those days. Though it took a little while, he eventually learned to deal with our inexperience in the studio, and he whipped us into shape soon there after. We learned a little bit about recording and all the stuff that goes into it, had some fun with effects (especially Scott with reverb), and came out of the experience with a decent recording. Far better than anything we had done on our own in the past. We recorded 3 songs the first day, Lipstick, Run, and 4:05, and mixed and mastered them all on the second day.
